About Rashika
I am an experienced ESL teacher with international exposure. I have about 10 years of teaching experience working in Hong Kong and China. I hold a Master's Degree and I am also TESOL Certified from Canadian Institute of Languages and Applied Neurosciences. Have excellent interpersonal skills which enable me to handle children and parents efficiently. I have great confidence level and experience of working with Native English Speakers, various nationalities people and children.

I have learned 100 methods of teaching while getting TESOL Certification which will enable you to learn more efficiently. The methods include both digital and practical learning. I use various games to engage the kids which enables me to make the class more fulfilling and interesting. I use TPR to provide better explanation and it helps the kids to visualize what they are learning. I also give them a chance to utilize their critical thinking in the classroom and to create an environment which is competitive yet supportive.
