Having been in the fitness industry for more than 14 years, I believe and understand the importance of holistic wellness, injury prevention and functional movement training suited for different lifestyles. Specializing in the field of functional core training, suspension training and aesthetic bodybuilding, I possess in-depth knowledge to incorporating practical, efficient and effective methods of rehab training to address pain, injury and other biomechanical concerns.
