About Sapna
Hi, I’m Sapna Thakur. I’ve been an international Judo player for 25 years and trained with some of the best coaches in India.
Over the years, I realized that real fitness is not about pushing limits, it’s about healing. I started conducting Aerobics classes in my society and saw amazing results — students with back pain, frozen shoulder, and migraine getting relief.
I want to share my knowledge because I truly believe everyone deserves to be fit in a safe way. My goal is to guide people with proper posture and gentle exercises so they can stay active for life, without injury.

Hi, I’m Sapna Thakur. I’m an international Judo player with 25 years of training from top Indian coaches.
I conduct Aerobics classes focused on health and healing. Many of my students came with back pain, frozen shoulder, and migraine — and saw real improvement.
I don’t believe in jumping or heavy gym weights. Instead, I teach safe exercises with proper posture that give results without injury. Join me to move better, feel better, and stay fit naturally.
