About Antonina
I’m an international competition posing coach with over 7 years of experience working with female athletes worldwide. I coach Bikini, Wellness, Fit Model, Sport Model and Body Fitness across all federations, including IFBB, NPC, WBFF, PCA and IBFF.
As a competitive athlete myself, I understand what happens on stage, not just how posing looks in training. My coaching focuses on finding the presentation that works for your individual physique, improving your posing, transitions, stage walk, confidence and presence.
All coaching is 100% online.

My online posing lessons are tailored to your division, federation, physique and level of experience. I coach Bikini, Wellness, Fit Model, Sport Model and Body Fitness. We work on mandatory poses, transitions, stage walk, quarter turns, individual routines, presentation, confidence and stage presence. I also analyse your posing videos and correct the small details that can make a big difference on stage. Lessons are suitable for beginners through to experienced competitors and are available worldwide via online coaching.
