Who I Am I’m Marta Szlachcianowska — a personal trainer, dance professional, and coach with 17 years of elite performance and instruction experience. Alongside internationally recognised certifications in personal training and nutrition, I specialise in pre/postnatal recovery, posture correction, core strength, and confidence building. My background in dance gives me a unique edge: I know how to combine movement, discipline, and creativity to help clients not only transform their bodies but also feel empowered in everyday life. I’ve worked with diverse clients — from postnatal mothers to those recovering from injuries — always tailoring programmes to individual needs. What sets me apart is my ability to merge science, psychology, and movement into clear, actionable coaching. I don’t just train bodies; I guide people towards lasting strength, resilience, and self-acceptance.

I’m not offering just another workout plan — I bring 17 years of elite dance performance and instruction, combined with internationally recognised personal training and nutrition certifications. My coaching helps you build strength, shape your body, and boost confidence while improving posture and core stability. I also support clients with pre/postnatal training and injury recovery, ensuring safe progress at every stage. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, stand taller, recover with confidence, or push past limits, I’ll guide you every step of the way. I currently have limited online coaching spots available.
