Hi lovelies I’m El-louise Richards. I’m a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor with 2 year’s industry experience. I have found my passion helping women, especially new moms and busy women reclaim their health and fitness. My specialties include Pilates, Running and strength training. I have committed myself to an active lifestyle finishing my first half marathon in 2024. I would love to walk this journey with you and guide you safely, effectively and professionally. I can design custom workout programs, online classes working with body-weight training and basic equipment (I will help you work with equipment you have) and we definitely will incorporate Pilates into your plan because who doesn’t want a strong core? I will also provide you with nutrition coaching helping you break up with your bad diet.
