About Pranav

Hi! I’m Pranav, an internationally certified fitness trainer with almost a decade of experience coaching clients across the globe. Over the years, I’ve helped people of all ages and backgrounds improve their strength, mobility, posture, energy levels, and overall confidence—with results often visible within the first 8–12 weeks.

I bring together different schools of movement—calisthenics, strength training, yoga, functional fitness, breathwork, and mobility—to create a training style that is both effective and sustainable. My goal isn’t just to push you through workouts, but to make fitness something you can truly enjoy and stick with long-term.

My approach is simple, supportive, and evidence-based. I break movements into easy progressions, give clear cues, and always adapt to your current level—whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine advanced skills. Beyond physical results, I also focus on stress management, mindful movement, and lifestyle changes so that training becomes a positive part of your daily life.

For me, fitness is not just about sets, reps, or chasing short-term goals. It’s about building a deeper connection with movement. When that shift happens, people don’t just reach their targets—they often surpass them, unlocking their full potential.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    Since my early teenage years in the 2000s, I was that kid who woke up at 5 a.m. to watch Bruce Lee on TV, then head out for a run at 5:30, return by 6:30, and follow it up with meditation and stretching before starting my day. For me, fitness was never just about reps or routines - it was a way of being. A way to feel free, to stay connected with myself. It offered a space where the mind, body, and spirit could unite and flow in oneness. I knew right after graduation where my passion lay, and I've been on the path of a fitness coach ever since.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    When I chose to become a fitness coach at a young age, that decision was affirmed by the presence of senior coaches and educators I met at various fitness centres-people who were generous with their knowledge and willing to guide me. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of learning from and being inspired by many passionate coaches and athletes who constantly pushed me to grow and evolve.
  • How does your work help society?

    I'm extremely proud to be a personal trainer because we serve on the front lines of preventive healthcare. Movement, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits are the tools of our trade - but at the core of it all is service. Helping people move better, feel stronger, breathe deeper, and live more intentionally is incredibly meaningful work. Whether it's helping someone reduce pain, gain confidence, or simply reclaim their health, this role allows me to create real, lasting impact in people's lives.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    It's difficult to choose just one person as a role model because I've been shaped by many incredible individuals over the years. My first mentors-whom I had the privilege of meeting in person-laid the foundation for my approach to coaching. I've also drawn deep inspiration from professional athletes like Kobe Bryant, whose mindset and discipline are legendary, and from calisthenics pioneers like Chris Heria. In the realm of movement artistry, creators like Sondre Berg and Andy Strong continue to inspire me with their creativity, control, and expression. Each of them has influenced my journey in a unique way.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    If I'm being completely honest - my favorite hobby is simply living. I genuinely love life! But beyond that, I spend a lot of time skilling up in calisthenics, exploring farming, playing the guitar, and catching up with friends who enjoy deep, lively conversations. I also find great joy in being in nature and spending time in solitude. Meditation and breathwork are go-to practices for me - they help me stay centered, calm, and connected.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    I honestly have so many uplifting moments with my students that choosing just one feels almost unfair to the others - each story is special and meaningful in its own way. What I love most is how often it's the small, real-life wins that bring the biggest joy.
    Moments like someone telling me, "My jeans fit better now," or "I finally wore that wedding suit after 8 years," or "I played with my kids longer without feeling tired," - these are the kind of victories that stick. Even things like being able to drive longer, climb stairs without breathlessness, or simply move with more freedom - they might seem small on the surface, but they represent deep, personal transformation. These stories always bring a smile to my face and remind me why I do what I do.
