About Pranav
Hi! I’m Pranav, an internationally certified fitness trainer with almost a decade of experience coaching clients across the globe. Over the years, I’ve helped people of all ages and backgrounds improve their strength, mobility, posture, energy levels, and overall confidence—with results often visible within the first 8–12 weeks.
I bring together different schools of movement—calisthenics, strength training, yoga, functional fitness, breathwork, and mobility—to create a training style that is both effective and sustainable. My goal isn’t just to push you through workouts, but to make fitness something you can truly enjoy and stick with long-term.
My approach is simple, supportive, and evidence-based. I break movements into easy progressions, give clear cues, and always adapt to your current level—whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine advanced skills. Beyond physical results, I also focus on stress management, mindful movement, and lifestyle changes so that training becomes a positive part of your daily life.
For me, fitness is not just about sets, reps, or chasing short-term goals. It’s about building a deeper connection with movement. When that shift happens, people don’t just reach their targets—they often surpass them, unlocking their full potential.
