About Edward E
30-year IT Manager. Former ServiceNow VP at Citi Bank. The largest self-hosted ServiceNow system worldwide with 40,000 users.
The last 8 years I was working on ServiceNow ITIL and ITAM modules. I have experience with both legacy instances as well as new ServiceNow features.

Show you all the tips, tricks and features of ServiceNow using live hands on sessions in an actual PDI ServiceNow Instance online with data. Great for new or Experienced users who need exposure to new SNOW modules or who are looking for new roles & experience/training for that next job!

I customize all lessons for your role and needs. We will review modules in SNOW and how to access.
We will cover menus, steps and how to access screens and data.
I will lead you thru the several ways to view data, import or export results.
We will cover table layouts and organization of files.
My approach is unique as it is all "hands on" and not slides, or screenshots! Are you a visual learner? Great you can watch and take notes! Are you more tactile? Ok, you can also do as I do and follow along with your own sessions for use 'offline' outside of our sessions.
We will only do as many sessions as you like, no fixed lesson plans nor extra work, just a custom learning session(s) for you!
These are great for new hires learning a ServiceNow job or for Senior professionals working on new roles or skills. Even those already working but need assistance.
As an experienced admin I can show many ways to accomplish tasks in your work.

Deadly! I haven't take class with him, but by his methodolgy of vetting me, I know he knows his stuff. And, I have been in the IT industry for 30 years. The hurdle we are facing he is 15 hours behind me.
