About Brendan
I am an Irish American living in Ros Muc. I host literary salons in Connemara online. I have read as many as one hundred novels and plays in Irish. I have an honors degree in English literature and history from the University of New York.

I use Irish literature to teach grammar. We will read together some of the more interesting passages from the canon. We will read plays in Irish by great authors to practice conversation. We will talk about what we read through Irish. If you engage in this process, you will become a fluent and confident speaker at a stronger and more productive pace than most other infantile methods. This is a highly effective immersion method which uses literature.
