About James
Hello! My name is James. I am a medical student at the University of Galway. I have a keen interest in the Irish language, and I am passionate about using my skills to help students improve their level of Irish. I achieved a H1 in the Leaving Cert, scoring a perfect 240/240 in the oral exam. I did not grow up in a Gaeltacht area, nor did I attend an Irish-speaking school. I understand that Irish feels daunting to many students, because it did for me also. However, I'd like to show students that with the correct mindset, guidance, and effort, they too can become confident and proficient in Irish. Tá súil agam go gcuirfidh tú muinín ionam! :)
