About Carlo

I’m Carlo, a young Italian chef from Italy, now living in Montréal. My passion for cooking started in my grandmother’s kitchen — she taught me that good food is made with love, patience, and a bit of creativity. Today, I work as a chef in an Italian restaurant, sharing those same traditions and flavors I grew up with. What I love most is helping people take a culinary journey through Italy — discovering simple, authentic recipes that tell stories of family, culture, and joy. For me, cooking isn’t just about food. It’s about connection, emotions, and bringing people together around the table.

Born and raised in Italy, I bring real Italian flavor — and a good dose of fun — to every lesson!

He is super prepared, he knows all the exercises perfectly, he is able to guide you step by step in building the physique of your dreams. He knows how to put you at ease, I have never felt uncomfortable or ashamed training with him. I would recommend him to everyone!!!
