About Giacinta
I come from a family of pastry chefs and foodies. As I always say, food is one of the greatest joys that life offers, and I have been fortunate enough to have had my passion nurtured by family and friends.
I am from the Amalfi Coast, and I will introduce you to dishes primarily from the South of Italy, as my origins are deeply rooted there. I will provide some background story to every dish, fun facts, as well as useful tips, and try to transmit that love and passion I have for the ingredients of my motherland.
I am intolerant to gluten, hence I will be able to accomodate gluten-free cooking, too.

You will be taught how to use simple ingredients in different ways. I will help students with a little demonstration and providing tips and suggestions. I will offer advice on techniques to achieve the tastiest results.
A lesson will be 1 hour long, and students can book more hours if they would like to prepare a more elaborate dish.
I am a cooking tutor, primarily teaching students how to create a broad range of Italian regional dishes, from starters to desserts.
I am specialised in Southern Italian cooking.
Lessons are thought for adults 18+ beginners, eager to learn more.
