Another wonderful lesson with the wonderful Caterina.
She doesnt realise that I actually speak perfect Italian. I'm just pretending I'm terrible because I don't want the lessons to end!

Caterina is an outstanding teacher and I get so much from the lessons. She keeps me speaking in English and miraculously she seems to understand what I am saying even if it is completely convoluted. She's able to gently correct and help me to make my meaning clear. I really appreciate her careful listening and encourage,went. In addition to the invaluable Italian learning, she is a very interesting person to speak with. Bravo!!

Our lesson was filled with lots of laughter and learning. Caterina has a great sense of humor that keeps every lesson fresh and interesting. She is a delight to study with.

Thank you- the kids liked their lessons, we will schedule a few this week because they are off for spring break, then it will be 1-2x/week until we go in June, we are going for a full month. I want them to have basic conversation skills by the time we return...

I was born in Italy 36 years ago in a wonderful Region called Puglia (Apulia) in Southern Italy.
what I love most is: spreading my knowledge!
I 'm open to hearing from your goals and tailor lesson upon request.
I do always prepare a structured lesson based on speaking, listening, writing and reading.

NO matter which LEVELyou are...
I studied the techniques to make the lesson different for each level!
examples:
Are you going to Italy and you want to learn vocabulary on travel?
Are you preparing an interview and you need help?
Are you happy to start speaking Italian as fast as you can?
Is your goal to do lots of grammar?

MY PURPOSE?let you reach your GOAL :)

I use all my AUTHENTIC material.
Made with my hands and BY the new technology.
I have tools through which I create flashcards, I have videos, records, magazines,...so anything can be useful FOR THE STUDENT TO LEARN WITH FUN!!!!!

I do my best to let the student feel comfortable, I incite my STUDENTS to study and to be happy during the lesson.

DON'T FORGET that we are here well prepared,we studied to be here and we offer you our competence.

I want to start citing a quote from Mr. Ward saying that the great teacher is the only one who inspires . I totally agree with this statement . Why? . In life many will be the people who pretend to know everything but able to teach nothing. I have been lucky enough to find on my way Caterina. She cannot be defined just a teacher , she is first of all an outstanding person that brings all of her energy,knowledge,skills to the subject she teaches. I had several teachers in life, but no one has made me progressing like she did. Her inspiring way of teaching is incredible, she would be able to teach you a new language even in one day. She is determined , prepared, full of resources and above all such a character. She cheerful and passionate and a lesson with her is not a normal lesson is a step to push you further in life. The term boring with her will never exist. Even a 1+1 can be an exciting adventure with her. I would recommend Caterina to every human being in the world. Teaching is a serious matter and she is the one that know how to make the difference in between the others.

I had one to one Italian conversation lessons with Caterina for a period of 6 months from June to December 2015. I found her very helpful and patient. She improved my knowledge and understanding of the language and my confidence in speaking enormously. I was very disappointed when she left to go to work in London

Caterina is an excellent tutor and a lovely person. The Italian lessons I took with her were predominantly conversational (my choice). She always had interesting topics to discuss and made grammar corrections without being too grammar-led. She was also punctual and I enjoyed the lessons very much.
