About Katalin
I’ve been passionate about Japanese language and culture for many years and have over a decade of teaching experience with students of different ages and backgrounds.
I’ve also worked at universities and supported learners with diverse needs. My goal is to create a relaxed, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

I’m a Japanese tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching children, high school and university students. My 60-minute lessons use the Genki textbook (English–Japanese) and personalised activities, games and cultural content. With an MA in Japanese Studies, JLPT N1 and a PhD in progress, I support learners from beginners to JLPT N5–N2 levels.
