About Devi
My experience in tutoring languages began during my undergraduate studies in Japanese Literature. At that time, I taught Indonesian to Japanese expatriates in Jakarta. Later, I moved to Japan, where I worked as an Overseas Sales Administrator for a Japanese company and taught English to Japanese learners on weekends. When I moved to Australia, I decided to continue my passion for teaching. Since then, I have taught both Japanese and Indonesian to a diverse range of students, including high school and university students, as well as Australian Public Servants preparing for postings in Japan or Indonesia through a registered language school in Canberra.

Deadly! Sensei Devi is a kind and patient and competent individual with a very professional approach to her tutelage. There is every chance that she will be able to do the impossible and teach this old dog some new tricks!
