About Kirk
Do you find that your piano technique lacks the nuance required for complex repertoire? During my 13 years of teaching, I have observed that building solid foundations in chord voicing and sight transposition creates the freedom needed for expressive performance. My approach centres on the rigorous demands of classical repertoire while integrating the spontaneity of jazz improvisation.
