About Dr Sneha

Dr. Sneha Jaishankar Jauhari

Dr. Sneha is a passionate gardening teacher with a special focus on Ayurvedic plants. As a qualified BAMS doctor, she combines her deep knowledge of Ayurveda with the therapeutic benefits of gardening to help people cultivate their own healing gardens at home.

With a natural flair for nurturing both plants and people, Dr. Sneha guides her students through the healing properties of everyday herbs and spices found in the kitchen, offering practical, hands-on guidance for growing and using these plants. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that nature is our greatest healer, and with the right knowledge, anyone can harness its power.
