About Addyson
I am a journalism student at FGCU and the assignment and features editor of Eagle News. In elementary school I loved writing but was immensely discouraged when I found out English was not my strong suit. I was average and for something I loved doing, I wanted to be the best. I worked as hard as I could to improve. Now I have notebooks filled from my final years of elementary and middle school of writing practice and stories. I read countless books and improved. In high school I took the highest level English courses and excelled. Now I am writing for my school news outlet and this year I am the news editor.
