About Claudia

Language and communication have always been at the centre of my life. Alongside running my own language services company and teaching students of all ages and abilities, I also raised my two sons bilingually. Through everyday conversation, stories, music and shared experiences, they developed a natural fluency in German and both went on to achieve A+ grades in their German GCSEs without ever having taken formal lessons at school. This experience strengthened my belief that languages are best learnt through immersion, curiosity and meaningful interaction.

I am a naturally creative person, and this creativity shapes the way I teach. My lessons are lively, engaging and adapted to each learner’s interests and personality. I enjoy incorporating movement, storytelling, real-life situations and cultural elements into the learning process so that language becomes something alive rather than something confined to textbooks. Creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere helps students feel comfortable experimenting with the language and building confidence step by step.

Above all, I bring enthusiasm, warmth and a genuine joy for life into my teaching. I believe that when learning is enjoyable and connected to real human experience, progress happens naturally. My aim is to inspire curiosity, encourage expression and help learners discover that language is not just a subject to study, but a gateway to connection, culture and new perspectives.

I am an experienced and enthusiastic language tutor offering personalised lessons for learners of all ages and abilities. With a strong background in language services and many years of teaching individuals and small groups, I create engaging, supportive learning environments that help students build confidence and enjoy the learning process.

My lessons are tailored to each learner’s goals, whether you are a beginner starting a new language, a student preparing for exams, or a professional looking to improve communication skills. I focus on practical conversation, clear understanding of grammar, and developing natural fluency at a pace that suits you.

Friendly, patient and encouraging, I believe language learning should be both effective and enjoyable. I offer flexible sessions designed around your interests and learning style to help you make steady progress and gain real confidence using the language.
