About Grace

My name is Grace and I have had a grá for learning and discovering from a very young age. I engaged well with my school subjects and had a great experience in school. I became a teacher to ensure that future generations had a similar experience in school, but also in the hope that I could inspire young people, the same way I was inspired in my teenage years.
My students agree that their confidence in their own ability has grown and improved from the point where we start off. Many of my students are achieving higher grades than they predict for themselves.

About the lesson

Almost a decade of experience teaching in both English-medium schools in North County Dublin and D11. Experience teaching with iPads also which makes online lessons extremely accessible.

I work with students across a wide range of abilities, from those who need to build their confidence and strengthen their foundations to students aiming for the highest grades.

Each 60-minute session is tailored to the student, with a clear focus on their desired focus and improvements.

What I offer:

• Junior Cycle Higher & Ordinary Level
• Leaving Certificate Higher & Ordinary Level
• Individual 60-minute sessions
• Exam-focused preparation
• Irish Oral preparation and practice
• Mock Oral examinations
• Grammar and vocabulary support
• Reading and listening comprehension
• Written work and detailed corrections
• Personalised feedback
• Exam technique and question practice
• Bespoke learning materials provided
• Support tailored to individual ability and learning needs

All learning materials, written corrections, feedback and Mock Oral examinations are included in the €40 session price.
The price stays the same throughout the year.

I have supported students in achieving strong results, including Higher Merits, Distinctions as well as H1/2 and O1/2s at Leaving Cert.

Sessions are suitable for students who:

• Want to work to improve their current grades
• Need to improve their confidence in Irish
• Need support with grammar, vocabulary or written work
• Want regular Irish Oral practice
• Need help developing effective exam techniques
• Would benefit from structured one-to-one support

Message me to enquire about availability, location and session arrangements. Lessons are online only.

Grace was my tutor for Irish and Geography grinds for leaving Cert. She was absolutely amazing, she was patient and knew the curriculum extensively. She knew exactly what I needed a learner and tailored her teaching to match what worked best for me. As a result I acquired the results I wanted in both subjects. I would highly recommend Grace for JC or LC grinds.
