About Elaine

As a junior in high school taking Honors and AP English courses, I’ve developed strong reading and writing skills that I can share with younger students. I enjoy helping others understand complex ideas, and tutoring elementary school kids would give me the chance to use these skills to make learning easier and more fun for them. With my experience in advanced classes, I’m patient and able to break down difficult concepts into simple, clear explanations. I’m excited to help students build confidence in their abilities and develop a love for reading and writing.

About the lesson

As a high school junior in Honors and AP English, I could tutor elementary school kids by explaining reading and writing in easy-to-understand ways. I would use fun examples to help them with grammar, vocabulary, and stories, making sure they feel confident and enjoy learning. By being patient and encouraging, I’d help them improve their skills at their own pace, making sure they get the help they need in a way that works for them.
