About Rahul
Hey there, I'm Rahul Vaidya, and I'm thrilled to embark on this fitness journey with you as your Health, Nutrition, running and fitness coach! With over 10 years of experience in the field, I specialize in general fitness, weight management, sports nutrition, marathon coaching, endurance training, high intensity training to name a few. Together, we'll unlock your journey towards a better you, or unleash your true athletic potential and achieve remarkable health and fitness milestones. Having been a runner, marathoner and ultra-marathon runner myself, I understand the challenges and triumphs of endurance sports. I've proudly stood on the podium in several prestigious races and completed some really challenging ultra races including the Oxfam Trailwalker Hong Kong (twice), North Face 100 race, and the grueling Malnad Ultra 110 km race. These events demand immense determination and mental resilience, and I'm excited to share my expertise and help you conquer similar feats. My coaching approach goes beyond just physical training; I believe in nurturing mental strength and cultivating a winning mindset. With my guidance, you'll build unwavering confidence to tackle any obstacle that comes your way.
