About Adelle
I am a wellbeing coach who has been teaching children and young people the tools to manage their emotional wellbeing and confidence for over two years. I have worked with approx 1000 children and continually update my knowledge and skills to ensure I provide the best service.

All of my sessions follow 7 steps to take each participant from high energy to complete relaxation whilst learning useful tools to be able to self-manage their emotional wellbeing and build confidence. The best part though - it's so much fun!
