About Marco

I have a degree in physical education, FMS certified and a rugby athlete in the Serie C category. I worked as a trainer for basketball and rugby teams and currently work in the fitness field to allow people to maintain and increase their psychophysical health.

About the lesson

I work through the use of methods ranging from functional to crossfit up to bodybuilding, based on the client's request in order to customize and make the training always efficient and fun. Lessons vary in duration but are generally one hour long and include: -warm up / warm-up -central phase -fatigue
