About Caitlin
I am a recent Kinesiology graduate from McMaster University. I competed for the women's volleyball team for 5 years, collecting several experiences and life lessons along the way. I am now looking to share this knowledge with young athletes of all sports!

I use a goal based approach to help athletes identify what their long term and short term goals are, and help to develop an action plan that is in line with their personal values. I help them identify possible obstacles and different methods to help overcome these along the way.
