About Ella
Hello! My name is Ella and I am a Kinesiology student, minoring in Strength and Conditioning at Washington State University. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and hope to one day make that a part of my career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I love being active and finding new ways to incorporate physical activity into my life. I also love coaching others on their fitness journey by helping them find physical activity that they enjoy so that they can improve their health and fitness!

As a teacher, I individualize my plans as much as possible to meet the needs of my students. A typical lesson plan would depend on the student's needs and interests, but the lesson would go as follows:
1. check-in to see how the student is doing
2. education of the specifics of that lesson
3. get into the main part of the lesson
4. review the main points of the lesson and get feedback from the student about what they did and did not enjoy
These lessons are for those of all levels looking for a way to become and learn about creating a more active lifestyle!
