About Dr Esther

I am a data scientist, psychometrician, trial statistician, and mental health researcher at Oxford and Cambridge University. I also consult and teach in these areas of expertise. I have several years of teaching experience at 5 different Universities in 3 different countries. I am German and completed my BSc, MSc, and PhD at German-speaking Universities. I also tutor German. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, personal trainer (resistance training, conditioning, calisthenics, swimming), and a passionate advocate for physical and mental health. I teach and train at 6 different places in Oxford and Cambridge, as well as online, and take on clients on a 1:1 basis, small groups, and classes.

About the lesson

You get the 'personal' from my Personal Trainings. I create an individual trainings- and/or nutrition plan for your specific goals and needs and coach you during the process. While coaching you, I focus on correct exercise execution and healthy alignment. You will gain strength, fitness, and confidence.
