Over 20 years of experience in personal protection, self-defence and Krav Maga.
I trained thousands of people across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the Baltics in tactical defence, street tactics, conditioning, and weapons.
Learn how to stay safe, manage stress and effectively defend yourself.
Sessions focus on real street aggressions, threat prevention, and survival techniques.
I am based in Chelsea, London.
Group classes and seminars available.

About the lesson

1-to-1 private self-defence classes in Chelsea, London, for real street aggression.
Techniques are effective and practical for both males and females. Repetition is key, to build reflex and muscle memory.
Results after ther first session.

Each class includes:
QUICK AND POWERFUL STRIKES
STREET-SPECIFIC TECHNIQUES
ANALYSIS OF REAL-WORLD SCENARIOS
DEFENCE UNDER STRESS
CONDITIONING DRILLS
BARE HANDS AND WEAPONS
SINGLE AND MULTIPLE AGGRESSORS

Classes are outdoors in a park near South Kensington station, Chelsea.

Deadly! Having tried a few things and different trainers a year after Michele at various prices and skill levels I would say Michele is the best trainer I tried out for physical fitness. I would say the disadvantage of hiring him is he does it outside all year around and is in a higher price range. That said, his exercises are easy to do and remember, he adjusts the training according to your needs and I made good progress when using him in comparison to other people. He respects your conditions and tries to break your limiting belief which I think is a critical part of physical fitness.
