After a myriad of issues leading to my niece failing her GCSE English 5 times. She had lost all confidence and was a reluctant learner. David rose to this significant challenge brilliantly. He found ways not only to make the course content work for her, but also encourage her to stretch herself and increase her confidence. This led to her achieving 49 out of 60 for her coursework, an astounding achievement, and came out of her recent exam more confident than I have ever seen her.
