About Angie

About Me – Angie

Hi! I’m Angie, a Colombian currently living in Malta, where I’m improving my English and sharing my culture through teaching. I’m a professional in Finance and International Trade, a lifelong dancer, and a native Spanish speaker.

I grew up surrounded by music and rhythm, and dance has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love teaching Salsa, Bachata and Merengue, and sharing the joy and authenticity of Latin dance with others.

I also teach Spanish using a natural, conversational method that helps students learn quickly and confidently.

I’m a very positive and energetic person, a competitive volleyball player, and someone who enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds.

Excited to meet you and help you learn something new!

About the lesson

Experience the true spirit of Latin dance with a native Colombian instructor!

Hi! I’m Angie, a passionate Latin dancer with more than 20 years of experience and over 4 years teaching through Superprof in Colombia. Dancing is part of my culture, my personality and my everyday life — and now I’m here in Europe to share it with you!

I teach Salsa, Bachata and Merengue from absolute zero, using a natural, intuitive and energetic approach. My teaching style is 100% authentic, based on real Latin movement, rhythm, musicality and body coordination.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who wants to improve their style, I’ll guide you step by step with patience, motivation and lots of positive energy.

What makes my classes unique:

️ Native Latina, born and raised in Colombia
️ 20+ years of real Latin dance experience
️ Empirical but highly effective teaching style
️ Perfect for total beginners
️ Fun, energetic and confidence-boosting classes
️ Learn real Latin flavor, technique and “sabor”

You’ll learn not only steps, but how to feel the music, connect with the rhythm, move naturally and enjoy every beat — just like we do in Latin America!

Ready to dance and bring out your Latin energy?
Book your first class and let’s start moving!
