I’m particularly interested in tutoring English because I really enjoyed studying it and I like helping others understand texts and develop confidence in their writing. I know how important good guidance can be when preparing for exams, so I’d love to support students in building their skills and feeling more confident in the subject.

Hi! I’m really interested in the English tutoring position. I studied English at both GCSE and A-level and I’m currently studying Law, which means I still regularly use skills like analysing texts, constructing arguments, and writing clearly. Because I recently completed these exams, I’m also very familiar with exam technique and what examiners look for, so I’d be able to help students improve both their understanding and their exam performance. I’m confident working online and would make sure sessions are engaging, supportive, and tailored to the student’s needs. Even though the tutoring is online, I’d make sure the student feels comfortable asking questions and supported throughout the sessions. I’d love the opportunity to help students build confidence in their English.
