About Elizabeth
I believe education is both a practical and a creative pursuit. I aim to make lessons as relevant to the interests and lives of my students as possible so they can see the value of the information they’re learning beyond their textbooks. I know that every student is capable of success in every subject and make sure I am able to instill that belief into their lessons to encourage confidence in their growth and in their own abilities. My goals are to help students succeed, whatever success means to them. Whether it’s a math test you’re preparing for, a college your applying to, or a life you don’t know how to hold just yet, I can provide valuable support.

My lessons can be tailored for ages 12 and up and for many common and uncommon learning disabilities. I aim to customize my methods for each of my students the best that I can, so I utilize not only their specific assignments, prompts, or syllabi to build a lesson but I also rely on how the students respond to my efforts and tweak my methods as I go. Ultimately, I am passionate about learning and the benefits that come with understanding, and I hope to pass that along to whomever I can.
