Hi, I’m Chris! I’m a Lead 3D Game Artist with over 7 years of industry experience, working on projects across games and interactive media. My expertise includes 3D modelling, character sculpting, UV mapping, texturing, and I’m proficient in Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter. Alongside production, I’ve mentored colleagues and peers, helping them develop their technical and creative skills, build portfolios, and prepare for professional careers. I’m passionate about teaching and love helping students gain confidence, improve their craft, and find their unique artistic voice.

My goal is not only to teach technical skills, but also to boost creative confidence and help students find their voice as artists. With each learner, I start by understanding your individual goals. Whether it's gaining a qualification, preparing a portfolio, or working towards personal or commercial projects. From there, I tailor lessons to suit their needs, ensuring they stay motivated and focused on what matters most to them. In my day-to-day role, I regularly train colleagues in a professional setting, and one thing I’ve learnt is that everyone learns differently. Some respond best to visual examples, others to hands-on practice or step-by-step guidance. My tutoring is flexible and adaptive, designed to support each student’s learning style and pace. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to refine your existing skills, I’ll meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.
