• Communicate technical issues and act as a central point of contact.
• Participate in customer-requested meetings and quarterly business reviews (on-site and remotely)
• Support the development of a technology strategy and, technology future state to meet the needs of the business.
• Leading continuous process improvement activities and supervise day-to-day operational needs.
• Measuring, reporting, and tracking service performance, and designing and implementing opportunities to continuously improve IT service management quality.
• Review and report on major incident outcomes and manage implementation of changes to existing processes to mitigate future re-occurrence.
• Host periodic checkpoint and status calls with customers and internal partners.
• Plan for customer launches of new technology, partnering for Support to ensure customer success.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning.
• Manage operations, support and management of products, systems, applications, and services.
• Oversee activities within global offices to ensure timely deployment, return IT equipment.
• Acts as primary liaison between stakeholders and internal functional groups for initial design and any subsequent IT-related changes.
• Conduct post implementation reviews to assess what went well, opportunities to improve.
