About Alison

I am a teacher who has a wide range of experience in the techniques of art and design, including graphics and also textiles. Having worked in industry for some years I retrained as a teacher which allows me to being the experience of design working scenarios into the classroom or in one to one sessions.

About the lesson

My approach is on an individual needs basis. I will adjust methods and context to suit the needs of the class or singular person to offer a step up method which will allow progress with minimal frustration. I understand that a one method for all approach is not successful and aim to understand and remove barriers to progress.
