About Stacey

I’m a creator‑educator who specializes in digital literacy, plain‑language communication, and adult learning. I help beginners, seniors, and returning learners build confidence with computers and online tools by breaking complex ideas into simple, clear steps. My teaching style is calm, patient, and supportive — ideal for anyone who feels overwhelmed, embarrassed, or left behind by today’s fast‑moving digital world.

I’ve spent years working with adults who want to improve their digital skills for everyday life, work, education, or personal independence. I understand how frustrating technology can feel when instructions are rushed, unclear, or full of jargon. My approach removes that pressure. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and help you move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable.

I believe that digital literacy is not just a technical skill — it’s a form of empowerment. When adults learn how to navigate online spaces safely, communicate clearly, organize their digital lives, and use technology with confidence, it opens doors to new opportunities, independence, and ease in daily life. My goal is to support that growth with clarity, structure, and genuine respect for your learning process.

Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning to learning after many years, or simply wanting to feel more capable online, I’m here to help you build skills that truly support your life.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for adults and beginners who want to feel more confident using computers and online tools. Each session is personalized to your goals, your pace, and your comfort level. I use a calm, patient, plain‑language approach that removes the stress and confusion many people feel around technology.

We begin with what you already know, identify what you want to learn, and build step‑by‑step skills that make everyday digital tasks easier. Whether you’re learning how to use a computer for the first time, organizing files, navigating websites, managing email, or improving your online safety, I guide you through each action clearly and without jargon.

Lessons include screen‑sharing, guided practice, real‑world examples, and simple explanations that help you understand why something works — not just how to click through it. My goal is to help you build confidence, independence, and digital judgment so you can use technology comfortably in your daily life.

You can book a single session for help with a specific task, or choose ongoing lessons to build long‑term digital skills. Every lesson is supportive, structured, and tailored to your needs.
