About Bente

I am an 18-year-old student at the University of Middelburg. I really love cooking and eating healthy. As a student, you do not have such a big budget and it can sometimes be difficult to keep cooking healthy. I can help you with that!

About the lesson

I will give you purchasing tips and we will adapt the meals entirely to your diet! I will teach you to make healthy and varied meals on a budget! Every week you will receive a meal plan, which we can draw up together. I also teach you meal prepping, which ensures that you spend less time cooking and still have super fresh and healthy meals ready! Also suitable for vegetarian dishes.
