If you're not that into drawing, there is software that will. You can choose your style and setting, photorealistic or cartoon.
The free software is very easy to learn. I love telling squirrel jokes in my recent cartoons.

American Superhero – bold inks, dramatic poses, high-energy panels
European – detailed environments, elegant linework, story-driven pacing
