About Lorenzo John
I am a college student with, the passion for the English language, the FCE certification and relatives in Colorado to whom I regularly visit, I am available for grammar, literature and conversation, now I speak more English than Italian, I have the American, non-British, much more open and less boring talking :-)

My teaching method is structured according to your needs; in the case of literature, I usually proceed with an initial reading of the topic to be studied, I analyze with the boy / girl the required sections, dwelling on the gaps, then I create maps / diagrams in English and / or Italian and then repeats aloud. In the case of grammar, I use a method taught to me by a native American teacher who has taught in the States and currently teaches in Italy, an excellent base I would say ... This method (more addressed to middle school students, (6-7-8 graders) consists of: initially reviewing the assigned grammatical structures, and then create short "filling up the gap" exercises where the newly revised structures will be used, in the case of students with learning disabilities there is an alternative method in online version; at the end of this step, I proceed with the translation of some sentences containing the grammatical forms learned. For conversation, I use the FCE / SAT method as well as a series of questions to make the student speak, as if it were a Cambridge mocktest or College Board NY
