About Dylan
As an English and ESL teacher, I have discovered a passion for helping people learn a new language. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch my students progress in their language skills and see how it opens up new opportunities for them.
One of the things I love most about teaching English and ESL is the diversity of my students. I have had the privilege of working with people from all over the world, with different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Learning from my students is just as rewarding as teaching them, and I feel like I have gained a much broader understanding of the world through my work as a teacher.
When I am teaching, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where my students feel safe to practice and make mistakes. I tailor my lessons to meet the specific needs of my students, whether that involves focusing on grammar and vocabulary, pronunciation, or conversation skills. Seeing my students become more confident and comfortable communicating in English is a truly satisfying experience.
Teaching English and ESL has also allowed me to develop my own skills as an educator. I have learned how to create effective lesson plans, manage a classroom, and work with diverse groups of learners. I am constantly seeking out new teaching techniques and approaches to incorporate into my lessons, which keeps my work as a teacher fresh and exciting.
Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a career that allows me to make a positive impact on the lives of others while also continuing to grow and learn as an educator. Teaching English and ESL is a passion of mine that I hope to continue for many years to come.
