About Jade
After earning my master's degree, I spent a year living in France. I then chose to continue my studies and began a doctoral degree. During this time, I have assisted in the direction of a university language program, taught and designed university courses, and tutored students along the way. I have experience tutoring students aged 3 to 80 in a variety of settings. My students enjoy the personalized aspects of my lessons and develop a life-long interest in language learning.

I adapt my lessons to meet the needs of individual students. I provide learning objectives for each session for students to gauge their success. We will build confidence using skills that come easily and build knowledge by focusing on difficult areas. Classes are communicative and I encourage all attempts at using French. Errors are part of the learning process and help you grow! Have any special interests or hobbies? I can incorporate these into our lessons to make your classes more individualized for you!
