About Dimitri
Salut ! Moi, c'est Dimitri ! Let's get acquainted. From childhood, I've been captivated by the beauty of the French language and culture. My French journey began in school and continued through university, and I honestly can't recall a time when I wasn't immersed in learning or teaching this wonderful language. Since 2016, I've been sharing my passion for French with students of all levels. I make it a priority to stay connected with France and its evolving culture, maintaining close ties with friends there and traveling regularly. This connection to the living language, combined with my university training and DELF C2 certification, informs my teaching approach. I use proven methods, including communicative language teaching and trusted French programs designed for foreign learners, supplemented with engaging resources like videos, podcasts, and films. Beyond the classroom, I even share my insights and advice on French language learning on my personal blog. As a fan of Mylène Farmer and contemporary French writers, I bring a personal touch to my lessons, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
