About Farina

Hello everyone, My name is Farina, and I’m from the north of Germany. I studied to become a teacher and discovered my passion for languages along the way. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to gain a wide range of international experiences: a year abroad in Norway, backpacking through Central and South America to learn Spanish, traveling to India for yoga teacher training, work and travel in New Zealand, and volunteering in Sri Lanka. I find experiencing languages and cultures incredibly enriching, challenging, and essential for developing a more global understanding of diversity. For me, languages and cultures are more than just words – they are a way to connect, grow, and see the world with new eyes. I bring this passion and experience into my lessons to make learning German not only effective but also inspiring and enjoyable.

About the lesson

I have five years of classroom experience and have been teaching learners of all ages online for the past two years. The motivation to learn German is as diverse as the lessons themselves – and I am passionate about being part of this exciting journey.

Based on your individual learning goals, I create tailored content and materials that are explained and practiced during our lessons. Each class starts with an introduction or review of the topic, followed by engaging practice and consolidation. Every session ends with self-reflection and personalized feedback to ensure lasting progress.

My mission is to support you on your path to learning German and to help open new doors for your future.

Whether you are just beginning with “hello” and “goodbye,” can already handle small conversations, or are preparing for an exam – you are on the right track, and every step counts.

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, understanding your goals and learning style, and guiding you individually with motivation, structure, and heart.
