About Maria
Hi! I’m Maria, a native Greek speaker, who studied in Greece and the UK, and living in the UK. I have a passion for the Greek language, communication, and helping others learn. I believe that learning a new language should be enjoyable, practical, and tailored to your personal goals. Whether you’re learning Greek for travel, work, family, exams, or simply for the love of the language, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My lessons are friendly, engaging, and designed to help you build confidence from day one.
I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing not only the Greek language but also the rich culture, traditions, and everyday expressions that bring it to life. Seeing my students progress and achieve their goals is what motivates me most.

Ya sou or Hello! I’m Maria, a native Greek speaker passionate about helping students of all ages to learn Greek in a supportive and engaging environment. My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for exams, improving conversation skills, or reconnecting with your Greek heritage.
Lessons typically last 1 hour and combine speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and cultural insights. I use interactive materials and real-life examples to make learning enjoyable and effective.
I teach children, teenagers, and adults of all levels, and I adapt my teaching style to suit each learner’s needs and pace. My aim is to help you build confidence and enjoy your journey to mastering the Greek language.
