About Pedro

At age 10, I found an old guitar at home and, from the very first moment I picked it up, I was seized by a passion that transformed my life. I started as a self-taught musician, exploring the first challenges of learning music, until I decided to dive deeper and began my studies at the Beethoven Music Conservatory. There, I spent over seven years learning from some of the greatest musicians in Brazil — especially my mentor, Marcos Maia, a Master of Music graduate from Berklee College of Music. During that time, I developed not only my musical foundation, but also a profound connection with music that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

My journey includes graduating from the Technical Course in Guitar and Technology, where I received awards and gained valuable experiences ranging from studio recordings and arranging for Big Bands to participating in festivals and being recognized as an outstanding student. At the same time, I expanded my knowledge in Harmony, Music Theory, Choir, Conducting, and Music History through courses at UNESP and through the renowned Music Theory program at Berklee College of Music, one of the world’s leading music institutions. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Music Education, further expanding my theoretical and pedagogical foundation.

With more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have taught both private and group lessons, in person and online, adapting to the needs of each project. In addition to teaching, I have worked as an arranger for choirs, bands, and live performances, and I perform in several musical projects such as “Banda Brasilidades” and “Comitê do Soul,” as well as in solo performances alongside singers. I also dedicate myself to writing educational music materials, creating organized and accessible resources that facilitate learning on any device.

Today, I manage my website and Instagram, a music education platform that uses social media and content creation to help people develop their musical identity. My goal is to simplify the learning process by offering personalized methodologies, cutting-edge technologies, and close guidance, so that each student can achieve their goals clearly and efficiently, without facing the same difficulties that many self-taught musicians encounter when navigating this journey alone.

Have you ever felt the desire to learn how to play an instrument, but didn’t know where to start? Maybe you’ve even tried before, but felt lost among the overwhelming amount of content available online. Have you ever felt stuck, playing the same things over and over again without seeing any real progress? If so, I understand exactly how you feel.

Very often, the excess of information we find out there ends up making things harder instead of easier, turning the first steps into a much bigger obstacle than they should be. To truly learn music, you need strategy and consistency — but the process should also feel light, enjoyable, and straightforward. And that’s where I come in.

My name is Pedro, and I created a Musical Initiation and Development course for people who love music but haven’t yet discovered how to fully explore their potential. Here, you will learn the essential pillars of music:

Technical Development (exercises focused on improving your instrumental technique)
Musical Language and Performance (focused on developing repertoire in a practical and coherent way)
Musical Perception (developing your melodic, rhythmic, and harmonic awareness)
Introduction to Music Theory (in a simple and practical way)
Music History (from classical to contemporary music, from traditional to popular styles)
Musical Styles and Context (understanding how music evolved over time and how it connects with the modern world)
Improvisation and Musical Creativity (learning how to create and develop musical ideas that align with your own musical expression and way of listening)

With a well-structured methodology, high-quality teaching materials, and an approach that combines theory, practice, and technique, I will help you build a solid foundation to explore music with confidence and passion.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never played an instrument before or if you’ve already tried learning and given up. Now is the perfect time to take the first step. Shall we begin this journey together?

Gravity, do John Mayer. Se for a apresentação dele ao vivo no álbum "Where The Light Is" então eu ficaria horas ouvindo ela.

John Mayer, Stevie Wonder e George Benson
