About Jonah
Hi, I'm Jonah. I'm a musician and music teacher from Australia living in Brighton, UK. I run music workshops for young people here in Brighton, and in my spare time I sing, write and play guitar in an indie rock band 'The Mallees.'
When I'm not playing music, I like to write stories, go for walks in nature and spend time with my beautiful partner.

Come and learn to play guitar with me! With over ten years' experience as a guitarist and performer, I will set you up for an incredible, lifelong journey on guitar.
My teaching ethos is that, first and foremost, you should be having fun! Music is a wonderful magic and we are so lucky to be able to learn and enjoy it. Learning goals without the fun are just chores, and who wants to do more of those?
For most people, I would suggest either a 30-minute or 1-hour session. Little and often is far better than three hours every two weeks.
I welcome any level but particularly beginners - intermediate players. I have experience teaching kids and young people and love to ignite someone's first spark of passion for music.
