About Roger

I am a self taught software developer, with 8 years experience developing systems related software. I have experience in game development, backend server development, compilers, operating systems, circuit design, and open source software development. I am also very proficient in Unix based operating systems like Android, Linux, iOS/macOS, bsd etc.

About the lesson

My intention is to show people the easiest way to go about learning how to code. I started out trying to learn how to code the hard way and without any sort of real guidance. In other words I learned how to code the worst (and slowest) way possible and now I intend to use that experience to teach students how they can start receiving job offers at Google, Facebook, etc in a quarter of the time it took me to start receiving unsolicited job inquiries from these companies in my inbox.

Joseph

I worked with Roger on an independent video game project, and he was an excellent leader, able to point us in the best direction about what we needed to research. His strong communication skills were a huge asset, especially when dealing with highly technical subject matter. He was always invested in the conversation with his genuine personality while navigating the complexities of cutting edge programming tech, which is rare in IT. He is a pleasure to work with and would recommend anyone to give him a go.
