About Langston

I’ve also tutored AP English Literature and various levels of English comprehension for more than two years. My students will learn how to express themselves through verse and prosody. They will learn how to use metaphors, similes, alliteration, and innuendo.

About the lesson

I’m a published literary and performance poet that has performed poetry in venues in both my home city of Baltimore and the nation's capital. I’ve been in workshops composed of Ivy League MFA grads and have performed in poetry competitions with world-renowned poets.
