About Jennifer
Hi, everyone! My name is Jennifer, and I attended Waseda University in Tokyo. I have experience tutoring beginner Japanese to students of all ages, from early high school to University level. During my time at Waseda, I fully immersed myself in Japanese culture and made many lifelong friends. My goal as a Japanese teacher is to help you reach your personal goals, whether that’s starting a career in business, learning Japanese to enjoy your favorite anime or manga, or simply exploring a new language for fun. I’m here to guide and motivate you every step of the way. Some of my favorite hobbies include: -Singing -Watching J-dramas, K-dramas, Hollywood films, and movies -Athletics — swimming, basketball, and running Fun fact about me: I have extensive experience in performing arts! While in Japan, I performed in various venues and was part of multiple bands. If you love music, I’d be happy to share that experience with you. I’m excited to help you start your Japanese journey and enjoy every step of learning this beautiful language!
