About Sridhar

Hi, I’m Sridhar, a Senior Web Developer with over 9 years of experience building large-scale web applications using JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.

During my career, I have seen many developers learn syntax but still struggle to understand why the code behaves the way it does or how to apply concepts while building real applications. This inspired me to share my industry knowledge and help students bridge the gap between tutorials and real-world software development.

I enjoy simplifying complex concepts through relatable examples, clear mental models, interactive discussions, and practical coding. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt the pace and depth based on their current knowledge and goals.

Whether you are learning programming for the first time, strengthening your JavaScript fundamentals, preparing for interviews, or improving your React and frontend development skills, I aim to guide you with patience and practical insights gained from real industry experience.

About the lesson

My classes focus on understanding JavaScript, not memorizing syntax. We begin by exploring why a concept exists and where it is used in real applications. Through questions and discussion, students first observe the problem, think about possible solutions, and then learn the concept with a clear mental model.

Each session includes interactive discussion, live coding, student practice, debugging exercises, and real-world examples inspired by applications such as Amazon, Netflix, and Swiggy. Students are encouraged to predict outputs, ask questions, explain concepts in their own words, and write code independently.

The class is adapted to each student’s current knowledge, learning pace, and goals. Beginners receive simple explanations and guided practice without being overwhelmed, while experienced learners can explore JavaScript internals, advanced concepts, React, code quality, and real-world engineering practices.

My goal is not to rush through a syllabus. It is to help students understand why JavaScript works the way it does, develop problem-solving skills, and gain the confidence to build and debug applications independently.
